Tryout-Ready Scorecard for Sports Clubs & Trainers

Registration opens soon. Is your club ready?

The Tryout-Ready Scorecard is a one-page, printable checklist that scores your club in about five minutes. Check off what you already have — one point each — and add them up. Your total tells you whether you're ready, where the gaps are, and what to fix first.

It checks the things parents look for before they sign up: one clear registration link, tryout details, your season schedule, coach bios, answers to common questions, your promotion plan, photos, sponsors, and whether families can actually find you.

Built for travel teams and clubs, facilities and academies, and private coaches and trainers — youth through high school and college. Items that only apply to clubs with a facility are marked, so every club gets a fair score.
